A note from our founder:
Kaileigh
Flynn
Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring the broader world of human wellness. As a licensed behavior analyst, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, studying the science of behavior, and providing holistic, person-centered care to individuals from all walks of life. Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in countless practices—completing yoga and Pilates teacher trainings and teaching in NYC, leading international retreats and workshops, and diving deeply into modalities like breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki.
Through these experiences, I’ve gained a unique perspective on the wellness world. I’ve been fortunate to witness transformation and healing firsthand, but I’ve also felt something was missing—a place that brings these powerful and effective practices together cohesively and with intention.

Create what you
wish existed.
This is what I have set out to do in developing Anūpath.
I wish for a space where healing and growth feel accessible and attainable to everyone—a sanctuary where individuals can come as they are and be supported in their journey. A place where ancient wisdom meets modern techniques, and where community thrives alongside personal exploration.
But Anūpath is not just about individual growth. I believe that authentic transformation extends beyond ourselves—it ripples outward to touch others and the world we share. That’s why sustainability and giving back are at the core of what we do. We aim to honor Mother Earth, support the communities we serve, and inspire a collective commitment to a more compassionate, equitable future. This is more important now than ever before.
Anūpath is my answer to a lifelong search—a space I hope feels as much like home to you as it does to me. Whether you’re here to find inner peace, discover your purpose, or connect with a like-minded community, I am honored to walk this path with you.
Thank you for being here.  With love and gratitude,  Kaileigh
